2 pkg dry Caesar salad dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 lb flank steak

Combine first 2 ingredients and rub over steak on both sides. Store, covered, in refrigerator overnight. Prepare grill for medium coals and grill steak for 6 minutes per side for medium. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing across the grain and serving.
