CHOCOLATE KAHLUA COVERED STRAWBERRIES

1 (6 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup Kailua
2-3 pints strawberries

Melt chocolate in a double boiler and add sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat and stir in Kailua. Whisk until smooth. Set aside to cool for 1 hour or until thickened.

Dip strawberries and serve immediately or place on a wire rack just until the chocolate stops dripping and then chill up to 4 hours.
