GRECIAN PORK CHOPS

6 extra thick cut boneless pork chops
1 1/2 cups lime juice
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp minced garlic
6 tbsp oregano leaves
1/4 cup chopped, fresh cilantro

Mix ingredients in a large resealable bag. Let marinate for 2-4 hours. Grill. Perfect served with parmesan couscous and a baby spinach salad.
