TURKEY TETRAZZINI

1 (8 oz) package cooked egg noodles or angel hair pasta, cooked al dente
2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup sliced onion and green pepper
¾ cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp ground mustard
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 (10 oz) package frozen green peas
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 cup cooking sherry
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp chopped pimento peppers
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet. Sauté sliced vegetables until tender. Add seasonings and stir in turkey, next 7 ingredients. Place cooked noodles in a 13x9” baking pan. Pour sauce mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until sauce is bubbling.
