SPICY BARBECUE WINGS

1/2 cup corn syrup and ketchup
1/4 cup cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard
1 small onion, chopped
3 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili powder
3 lbs chicken drummettes
In a saucepan, combine first 8 ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until thickened.
Place wings on a well-greased jelly-roll pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes, turning once. Brush wings with sauce and bake 20-25 minutes longer, turning and basting once, or until the chicken done. Serve with additional sauce if desired. Serves 10-12
