1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions, white and light green parts
Combine first 4 ingredients and fold in cheese and onions. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
