1 can beef concomme
1 can French onion soup
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
8 oz can mushrooms, undrained
1/4 lb butter
1 1/2 cups raw converted rice
Combine ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Stir every 20 minutes. Serves 6
