CINNAMON STREUSEL CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice

Combine the cake mix, oil, eggs, buttermilk and sugar. Beat for two minutes on medium speed. Pour half the batter into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.

Combine 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar and 1 tbsp ground cinnamon. Sprinkle half of this over the cake batter. Spoon the remaining batter over the brown sugar mixture. Using a knife, swirl through the cake batter. Bake at 350 until lightly browned and a toothpick comes out clean. Drizzle the warm cake with a mixture of 3/4 cup confectioners sugar and 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
