MARGARITA MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1/4 cup vegetable oil, orange juice and tequila
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp minced garlic and lime zest

Combine ingredients in a resealable bag. Use to marinate about 2 lbs flank steak, pork or beef tenderloin or chicken breast at least 8 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Pour marinade into a saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Baste meat as it is grilled or serve on the side as a sauce.
