PEANUT BUTTER BARS WITH WHITE CHOCOLATE FROSTING

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
1 cup sifted flour
1 (11.5 oz) pkg white chocolate morsels, divided
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup coarsely chopped dry-roasted peanuts
Beat peanut butter and butter until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating until blended. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until blended. Combine oats and flour; gradually add to peanut butter mixture, beating well. Stir in 3/4 cup white chocolate and marshmallows. Press mixture into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from pan. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Let stand until morsels soften. Spread over bars; sprinkle with nuts. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
