LIME GARLIC MARINADE

Category: Marinades

1/2 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup lime juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp packed brown sugar
3 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes

Combine ingredients. Use to marinate pork chops, tenderloin or chicken for 6-24 hours and reserving the marinade to baste the meat as it grills.
