APPLESAUCE OATMEAL MUFFINS

3 cups oatmeal
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder and soda
2 cup applesauce
2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
6 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup milk

Topping: Mix together:
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup oatmeal

Preheat oven to 400. Grease muffin pan. Mix ingredients together and divide batter into pan. Sprinkle with topping mixture and bake 15-20 minutes.
