1 dozen tortillas, cut into bite-size pieces
2 cups red Chile sauce
2 small onion, chopped
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt, to taste

Bake tortilla pieces at 350 for 10 minutes. Add to hot chili sauce; stir in garlic and onions. Allow to simmer until tortillas are almost dry. Transfer to hot platter, top with grated cheese and sprinkle with shredded lettuce.
