CHILI RELLENO QUICHE

8 eggs
Tabasco, garlic and oregano, to taste
1 1/2 cups Colby cheese
1 can diced green chilies
1 cup chorizo sausage, browned and drained
2-3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup milk or water

Preheat oven to 300. Lightly grease a pie pan. Layer cheese, chilies, and chorizo in pan. Scramble eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over filling in pan. Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hours. Allow to rest 5 minutes before cutting.
