CHILI MAC AND CHEESE

1 (7 oz) pkg elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions
2 cans chili with beans
1 (16 oz) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Corn chips

While pasta is cooking, combine chilies, tomatoes and chilies; mix well. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cooked macaroni; sprinkle with cheese over top. Cover; simmer until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and corn chips.
