1 lb hamburger
3 large onions, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 (l lb) can tomatoes, smashed
1/2 cup uncooked rice
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Brown and drain meat. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Pour into a greased casserole dish and cover. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
