TACO SQUARES

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 pkgs taco seasoning
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 cups baking mix
1/2 cup cold water
1-2 medium sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers

Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 13x9 inch baking dish. Brown beef and seasoning mix; drain. Mix together next 4 ingredients; set aside. Mix baking mix and water; pat in pan pressing 1/2 inch up sides of baking dish. Layer beef, tomatoes and pepper. Spoon cheese mixture on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
