STOVE TOP HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

16 oz pkg egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom and cheddar cheese soups
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp Italian seasoning

While pasta is cooking, brown beef and onions. Drain off excess fat and combine with remaining ingredients in a large saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently, but do not allow to boil. Serve over warm noodles. Serves 8
