4 cups sliced cooked or canned potatoes
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper, notion and pimento
1/2 cup French dressing
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Marinate vegetables in salad dressing for 2 hours. Put in skillet, cook, covered for 20 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent from sticking. Reduce heat, sprinkle with cheese and serve hot.
