APPLE DUMPLING CAKE IV

2 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 (20 oz) can apple pie filling

Frosting
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter
2 cups confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 13x9 inch baking dish. For cake, beat eggs, oil and sugar. Sift dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture. Gently fold in pie filling. Pour into prepared pan and bake 45-50 minutes.

Frosting: Cream first 3 ingredients and stir in confectioners sugar. Beat on high until smooth and creamy. Frost cooled cake.
