WESTERN CHILI CASSEROLE

1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
1 can (15 oz) chili with beans
1 1/2 cups corn chips, coarsely crushed, divided
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and celery over medium heat until meat in no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in the chili and 1/2 cup of chips. Transfer to a greased 11/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining chips around edge of dish; fill enter with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serves 4
