PORK CHOP SUPREME - Easy

1 cup hot-style ketchup
6 tbsp honey
6 pork loin chops, cut 3/4 inch thick (about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lbs)
6 lemon slices

Stir together ketchup and honey. Arrange chops in a baking dish and pour sauce over chops. Top each with a slice of lemon and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour or until meat it tender. Serves 6
