TURKEY SALAD

1 1/2 cup diced cooked turkey
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup green and red grapes
1/2 cup mayonnaise and pecan halves
Salt and pepper, to taste

Combine ingredients and serve in rounded mounds on crisp lettuce leaves; garnished with cherry tomato halves and fresh parsley or mint.
