ALMOND JOY BARS

1/4 cup softened butter
8-10 chocolate graham crackers
1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg coconut
1 small can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar hot fudge topping
1 pkg chopped almonds

Crush graham crackers & mix with butter. Press firmly into 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes until crust is firm. Remove from oven. Mix chocolate chips, coconut and 1/2 of milk together. Add rest of milk slowly - this mixture should not be runny, so you may not use all of condensed milk. Spread mixture on top of crust. Bake another 8-10 minutes until coconut starts to turn brown. Microwave hot fudge approx 30-40 seconds. Generously drizzle over top of bars and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
