Shelly's Recipe

FROSTED PUMPKIN BARS

4 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda AND baking powder
2 cup flour
1 cup nuts or raisins

Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 lb powdered sugar
1 tsp milk
6 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all together, and spread over warm bars.
