CREAM CHEESE BARS

2 can refrigerated crescent rolls
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1 egg white
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Spray a 13x9 inch baking dish with cooking spray and then pat in one can of crescent rolls. Mix remaining ingredients with mixer. Spread over bottom crust. Top with second can of crescent rolls. Brush top with beaten egg white and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar/nut mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool, cut into squares.
