CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOMS I

40 large mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp minced parsley
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper and oregano
3/4 cup olive oil

Wipe mushroom caps clean. Mix all ingredients except mushrooms and oil. Stuff caps. Pour a little oil in baking pan; arrange mushrooms in pan. Pour remaining oil over each one and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes to brown tops.
