BACON WRAPPED CHEESE LOG

Category: Cheeseballs

1/2 lb Sharp Cheese
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 small Onions
1 tsp dry Mustard
2 tsp Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp crushed dried thyme
8 slices uncooked Bacon

Put all ingredients except bacon through a food chopper. Mix well. Roll into a log the size of a 50-cent piece (about 1 1/2 inches). Wrap bacon around the log. Freeze.

When ready to serve place in oven, under the broiler until the bacon is browned. Serve with bread rounds, or crackers.

NOTE: To serve as a hot spread, cook bacon ad crumble; set aside for garnish. Mix all together and bake in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with bacon. Serve with crackers.
