1 (6 oz) can pink salmon, drained
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped fine
1/4 cup celery and green onion, chopped
2 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp whipping cream
2 tbsp capers

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill at lest 1 hour before serving. Serve on toast points or crackers.
