1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2-3 green onions, chopped
2-3 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp lemon juice or more to taste
Dash: onion, garlic and celery salts
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper, save some for decoration
Slivered Almonds
Major Grey’s Chutney

In a food processor, blend cheeses and next 8 ingredients. Fold in peppers with a spatula so they o not turn the mixture reddish.

Place a sheet of plastic wrap in a bowl and fill with cheese. Let set in refrigerator several hours.


To unmold, pull the plastic wrap out, turn bombe over and place mound on serving dish. Top with chopped Major Greys Chutney and remaining chopped pepper and almonds. Serve with crackers and/or gingersnaps.
