BLUE CHEESE-BACON DIP

7 bacon slices, chopped and cooked until crisp
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup half-and-half
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
3 tbsp chopped walnuts, toasted

Drain the cooked bacon and set aside. Add garlic and onion to skillet and saute 1 minute. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add half and half, beating until combined. Stir in blue cheese and chives.

Spoon mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until gold and bubbly. Sprinkle evenly with chopped nuts. Serve with grape clusters and crackers. Note: You can also spoon the mixture into individual cups.
