CHOCOLATE FONDUE

6 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp creme de cacoa

Dippers
Angel food or Pound Cake, cubed
Strawberries
Apple slices
Pineapple
Pretzels

Mix first 4 ingredients in the top of a double boiler stirring frequently until melted. Add flavoring and blend well. Serve in a fondue pot to keep warm and serve with dippers.
