6 cups broccoli florets and stalks, cut just below the florets
1 red onion, sliced
3 slices bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
4 1/2 oz cream cheese, softened
1/8 tsp salt and pepper
3 tbsp EACH vinegar, sugar and oil
1 large egg

Steam until crisp-tender. Combine with broccoli, onion slices and bacon.

Dressing: Mix cream cheese and remaining ingredients in food processor. Pour over hot broccoli. Serve immediately, or refrigerate and serve chilled. Serves 6.
