2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 lb crumbled bleu cheese
4 scallions (green onions) diced thinly
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Tabasco sauce
1 egg beaten

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into patties and grill. Serve on potato rolls. Be careful not to flip burgers too often as they will fall apart if over handled.

Note: Freezing patties before grilling will also help to keep burgers together.
