Shelly's Recipe

BETTER BURGERS

2 lb ground beef
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet Vidalia onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 medium jalapeno peppers, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
6 soft Kaiser rolls, split and buttered

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine ground beef, onion, cilantro, butter, Worchester sauce, peppers, garlic, Tabasco sauce and steak seasoning in a large bowl; mix well. Form into six patties. Grill 8 to 10 minutes or until done. Grill rolls until slightly browned, about a minute. Place a burger on a bun and top as desired
