3 apples
2 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup celery
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup pecans (optional)
Blend 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup sour cream. Toss lightly until apples are coated. Serve on lettuce leaf.
