MEXICAN PARTY MIX

4 tbsp butter
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic and onion salt
7 cups crispix cereal
2 cups chili Fritos
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 cup peanuts

Melt butter in a saucepan; add the spices. Toss the cereal, Fritos and peanuts in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Pour butter mixture and toss well to coat. Bake at 250 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and toss with parmesan cheese to coat and return to oven for 30 minutes longer. Stir after 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool.
