CAJUN PARTY MIX

2 1/2 cups corn Chex cereal
2 cups rice and wheat Chex cereals
1 cup mini pretzels and mixed nuts
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp dried parsley flakes, celery salt and garlic powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and hot pepper sauce

Combine cereals, pretzels and nuts. Pour into an ungreased jelly-roll pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the cereal mixture and stir to coat. Bake at 250 for 40-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
