BEEF TACO DIP

1/2 Lb ground beef, browned
1 cup Velveeta cheese
1/4 parmesan cheese
1 jar salsa con queso
1 tbsp paprika, Mexican chili powder and garlic powder
2 tsp cumin

Melt Velveeta in saucepan, add salsa con queso, add browned ground beef, add rest of ingredients and simmer until heated through. Add milk to thin if too thick. Serve with tortilla chips.
