CHEESY MEXICAN CHICKEN

6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
3 cups corn chips
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups mild cheddar cheese, divided
1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix (I use about half a pkg)
1/2 cup milk
Place chicken in 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix soup, 1-1/2 cups of cheese, milk, and seasoning mix. Spoon over chicken. Top with chips; cover. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. (I bake for more like 40-45 minutes) Remove cover; top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
