Grilled - PORTOBELLO BURGER

5 Portobello mushrooms. (stems removed and washed)

Marinade For Mushrooms
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup water

Place mushrooms in marinade for 1 to 2 hours before grilling. Drain off excess liquid. Reserve liquid so that you can brush extra marinade on mushrooms while cooking. Over medium heat on grill place mushrooms top side down and grill 4 to 5 minutes. Turn mushrooms over and repeat directions. Serve burger on a toasted wheat bun with: red leaf lettuce, 1 slice big boy tomato, 1 slice Vidalia onion, 1 slice hot pepper jack cheese.
