HAM SLICES WITH SPECIAL GLAZE

1/2 fully cooked ham, sliced in 1 inch slices
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup horseradish
1/4 cup lemon juice

Baste both sides of ham slices with horseradish glaze and grill on medium grill. Servings: 6-10

PORK STEAKS
4 pork steak
1/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp marjoram
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp oil

Trim fat from around edges of steaks. Combine broth, wine, rosemary, marjoram, garlic, and salt in a small bowl. Mix well and pour over steaks. Cover and chill for 4-24 hours. After chilling drain well and reserve marinade. Heat reserved marinade in a saucepan, over a high flame and bring to a boil for 2 minutes then remove from heat. Grill pork steaks about 4-6 inch above moderately hot coals, basting often. When done remove from grill, baste with marinade and oil. Serve hot. Serves: 4.
