1/3 cup sour cream
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/3 cup blended blueberry fat-free yogurt
1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 pkg mini phyllo shells (15 count)

Combine sour cream and powdered sugar. Spoon about 1 tsp sour cream mixture and one tsp blueberry yogurt, side by side, in each Phyllo Shell. With the tip of a knife, gently stir the sour cream and yogurt to make a swirled pattern ( do not over mix). Top each shell with whole blueberries and serve immediately. Makes 15 Mini Shells
