PEPPERMINT CAKE

1 white cake mix
3/4 cup water
2 egg whites
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
1 can vanilla frosting
3 tbsp crushed peppermint candy

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, egg whites and oil until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup crushed candy. Pour batter into a greased 9X13 pan. Bake 25 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool completely. Spread frosting over cooked cake; sprinkle with crushed candy.
