Shelly's Recipe

APPLE GLAZED PORK KEBOBS

1 lb boneless pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Apple glaze
1 cup apple jelly
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter

Sprinkle lemon juice and salt over pork cubes. In a small saucepan, combine glaze ingredients and simmer until well blended.

Thread pork on skewers and spoon glaze over all. Grill over hot coals, 10-12 minutes, turning and basting frequently. Serves 4
