HERB MARINATED PORK TENDERLOIN

Category: Roasts/Tenderloins - Pork

1/4 cup soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and canola oil
1 tsp dried thyme, dried marjoram, ground ginger, rubbed sage, garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper
1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat

Place all marinade in a freezer Ziploc bag and mix them well. Prick tenderloin with a fork and place in marinade bag. Zip closed, roll around to coat and chill for two hours.

Preheat oven to 350. Remove pork from marinade and place pork in a roasting pan. Bake 40 minutes, or until meat thermometer reaches 160 degrees. Servings: 8
