SPINACH FLORENTINE WITH FETA IN PHYLLO

1 (12 oz) box spinach souffle
1 box phyllo sheets, thawed according to
12 oz feta cheese, crumbled

Cook spinach souffle in microwave according to on box. Preheat oven to 400. Open phyllo sheets and cover according to . Working with 4 sheets at a time, cut into 4-inch squares.

Place 2 tbsp of spinach and 1 tbsp of feta in the center of each 4-inch square (4 thick). Fold into triangle and seal edges with water. Place on baking sheet, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Serves 8
