SPINACH STUFFING

1 (12 oz) box frozen spinach souffle, slightly thawed
1 large onion, finely chopped
4 ribs celery, finely chopped
2 cups chicken broth
4 cups store-bought bread cubes

Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet on medium heat, cook souffle, onion and celery for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Add bread cubes and pour mixture into a large ovenproof baking dish. Place dish in oven and cook for 15 to 18 minutes, or until crisp on top. Serves 4
