LASAGNA ROLLS

1 lb Italian sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
1 (8 oz and 3 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
1 (26 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
16 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente, undrained
1 1/2 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Combine sausage and cream cheese in skillet where sausage was browned. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in onion and bell pepper; remove from heat. Spread 1/2 the sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan; set aside.

Layer one noodle flat on a cutting board and spoon 3-4 tbsp sausage mixture at end of one noodle. Slowly roll noodle and place in baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles. Pour reserved sauce over top of roll and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake , covered, for 20-25 minutes and uncover and continue to bake until cheese melts and is bubbly.
