GOLDEN GLAZED FLANK STEAK

Category: Beef Steaks

1 envelope Lipton onion, onion-mushroom or Fiesta Herb with Red Pepper soup mix
1 (12 oz) jar apricot or peach preserves
1/2 cup water
1 (2 lb) flank steak, cut into thin strips
2 medium green, yellow or red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
Hot cooked rice

In a small bowl, combine first 3 ingredients; set aside. On a foil-lined grill or in bottom of a broiler pan, with rack removed, arrange steak and peppers, top with soup mixture. Grill or broil, turning steak and vegetables once, until steak is done. Serve over hot rice. Serves 8
